Day 146 (8-29-10)-Nine Hundred and Seventy?!

Yes, yes, bloggers, you read that number right. Today my family and I went out to Burger King (boy has it been awhile since we went there!) and we got the 2 whoppers for 4$ thing, a kids meal, and 2 cheeseburgers. I had half of my mom's whopper and half of a cheeseburger. We traded in the middle haha. You never realize it when you're eating it, I mean, it is pretty darn large, but you think two slices of bread a meat patty and some vegetables drenched in like mayo or ranch or I don't even know what wouldn't bee TOO bad. But apparently, it has 970 calories. Yeah. That's like half of your whole daily amount haha. When you think about it, it's kinda nuts. I now have an urge to go watch Supersize Me. That movie's interesting..a man eats nothing but good ole Micky D's for a month. See what happens. Rent it on Netflix.

Well, that was part of my day on this little Sunday. I stayed home, mainly. It's been chilly out these past days so today was nice for a change. Warm and sunny. Tryna digest those freaking 900 calories.

School's tomorrow. We get our laptops. Hip hip horray! You know that new Windows Seven thing? It's totally new and I am not used to it but it's pretty awesomee. It's cool enough I guess haha but it's going to take a long time getting used to! I keep expecting it to go back to the way it was.

Now for some not so happier updates.

First of all. Our newest fish, Rainbow, died. He will now join Frutie Pie and Sunset and the other one who I don't think we named in our front yard. RIP, buddy, I'm not sure what happened to you. Maybe you got like gang attacked by those four evil fishies? haha they looked so happy this morning all swimming around..or maybe they were freaking out at your sudden demise? We will never know..fishes...you can never tell lol.

Now for even more not so happy news.

I don't know how to say it. Which is probably why I saved this for last. This morning I got told that a girl one grade below us died Saturday night. I'm not sure about specifics and stuff, but from what i could gather she apparently got injured quad bike riding? Something about a crash?

Anyways that is not a good way to start a Sunday...I didn't even know her very well, I just saw her in the hallways like every so often. But I feel so bad for her and her family and friends and I really will think of them and keep them in my thoughts and prayers... I can only imagine what they're going through.

Omg don't you guys just hate this? Everytime you hear something on TV about some celebrity, or a classmate. I always expect or keep wishing for someone to just pop up and say hey we were just kidding with you. Sure I'd be mad lol but I'd be too happy to be mad for long. :')

Kinda reminds me of the time in 6th grade one of my friends I was with in summer camp got killed in a car crash. Yeah. I was kinda young and didn't really like get it. She was seven. I still miss her.

I get my laptop tomorrow! It's small and red and cute and awesome and cool! Tomorrow is Monday. Oh no haha.
